Features

Fittie Features

Screenshot-based workout logging combined with sports-science analytics โ€” all inside Telegram.

Screenshot Parsing

Send any workout screenshot to @FittieBot and Fittie converts it into structured training data automatically. It reads Apple Watch, Strong, Hevy, and generic gym photos โ€” exercises, sets, reps, weights, heart-rate zones, and duration โ€” without manual entry.

Training Load Analysis

Every workout receives a TRIMP-based training load score that weighs duration and heart-rate zone distribution. Compare running, cycling, and strength sessions on the same scale so you know exactly how hard you trained.

ACWR Injury Risk

Fittie monitors the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio, comparing your last 7 days of load to your last 42 days. Values outside the 0.8โ€“1.3 safe range are flagged automatically, helping you avoid overtraining and injury.

Readiness Score

Each day Fittie produces a readiness score based on ACWR, accumulated fatigue, and recent load trend. The score translates into a clear action: train hard, maintain, or take a recovery day.

Progress Tracking

See per-exercise trends and personal records over time. Fittie tracks estimated one-rep max (e1rm) for strength movements, so you can compare current performance against historical bests.

Multi-Source Support

Different sports, different apps, different formats โ€” all unified in one chat. Strength training, basketball, boxing, swimming, and any workout screenshot work with Fittie's parser.

Why Fittie

No Manual Logging

Take a screenshot, send it, done. The AI handles the rest in seconds.

Science in Your Pocket

Real training-load models, not vanity metrics. Spot overtraining before it becomes injury.

Built for Consistency

176 tracked sessions prove the system works for people who train every day.

FAQ

Fittie FAQ

How do I start using Fittie?

Open [@FittieBot](https://t.me/FittieBot) in Telegram and send a screenshot of any workout. The bot will parse it and ask you to confirm the detected exercises before saving.

Which workout apps are supported?

Fittie natively parses Apple Watch Fitness, Strong, and Hevy screenshots. Other apps and generic workout screens are handled by vision fallback with exercise-name normalization.

Is Fittie free?

Yes, during Phase 2 all features are free. A paid Pro/Elite tier is planned after operator validation.

What is ACWR?

Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio compares your last 7 days of training load to your last 42 days. The safe range is 0.8โ€“1.3. Values above 1.3 increase injury risk; values below 0.8 suggest undertraining.

What is TRIMP?

Training Impulse is a zone-based load score that combines workout duration and heart-rate intensity. It lets Fittie compare running, cycling, and strength sessions on a common scale.

How is the readiness score calculated?

Readiness combines accumulated fatigue (ATL), chronic fitness (CTL), and ACWR into a 0โ€“100 score. A high score means you are fresh and can train hard; a low score suggests recovery or a light session.

Can Fittie detect overtraining?

Yes. Fittie flags high ACWR, low readiness, and high-intensity streaks. When multiple risk factors align, it recommends a deload week with reduced volume and intensity.

Does Fittie track personal records?

Yes. Fittie tracks estimated one-rep max (e1rm) for strength exercises and surfaces your top records through the bot and dashboard.

Is my data private?

Workouts are stored per Telegram chat_id in the fittie-core database. Multi-user isolation has been verified end-to-end. Data is not shared with third parties.

Can I log a workout manually?

Manual logging is available through the MCP API and bot commands, but the primary experience is screenshot-first to minimize friction.

What happens if the parser makes a mistake?

You can edit or reject parsed exercises before saving. Fittie also learns from corrections to improve future parses. --- Cross-reference: [HOME](HOME.md) | [features](features.md) | [pricing](pricing.md)
